An idealistic view on TDD
Best to implement eary and succeed.
What did it try to solve and what is the story told today? Was it a good idea in retrospective?
Some must have been pure torture for the kids.
The story escalates to hard. It does not stop to progress.
Once ChatGPT was there, no need to find and pay a developer anymore, some tools basically wrote themselves, solving everyday problems.
Have to try them out to see if they really feel that different.
Very insightful view into an otherwise closed community.

A breakdown what made it so special and why it failed eventually.
Such an elegant accent. But she does great.
